A good body image is an aid to success. So if you are low on self-esteem and need to build self confidence then this site could help make you a winner.

It is true that body image apart there are many other factors and individual circumstances that have an impact and influence on our self-esteem and our desire to build self confidence. But body image includes more than weight and body shape. We also need to consider how we see ourselves and how other people see us if we want to ensure positive self-esteem feelings. It is a lot easier to build self confidence once we are happy with our looks and own self image ... that, look-good-feel-good factor.

It is a fact however that we women are almost never happy with our body image and the constant media hype and pressure on women to be thin only serves to fuel our own perceptions of what we think we should look like. The extremes of these are shown in the television programmes such as.. " Fat Club " or "Fat Farm" which focus on overweight women and stabs at the heart of women's self-esteem and highlights their desire and need to build self confidence along with the need to diet and exercise.

Now there is absolutely no reason in the world why a more full figured woman cannot be happy with her body image but she must have a positive body-image and like the way she looks and accepts herself the way she is. It is this positive attitude and positive thinking that leads to better self-esteem and helps to build self confidence. This does not mean ignoring any advice from your doctor to lose weight if you have a health problem. And a targeted weight loss regime may be part of your confidence and positive thinking process.

Remember .. it's the size of your heart that counts not the size of your body. So start your new body image and self-esteem makeover here. Build self confidence and see the full figured beauty you really are.
